Return and Refund Policy for Rad Transfers
At Rad Transfers, we specialize in customized direct to film printing services tailored to meet your unique needs. Your satisfaction is paramount, and this Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures regarding returns and refunds for customized orders.
Returns
1. **Eligibility for Return**
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, **customized orders are non-returnable** unless there is a defect or error attributable to our production process.
2. **Defective or Damaged Items**
- In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within **3 days** of receipt. Contact our customer service team at **hi@radtransfers.com** and provide details along with photographic evidence.
3. **Return Process**
- We will provide instructions if necessary for returning defective items. All returned products must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
1. **No Refunds or Exchanges**
- Given the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
2. **Reprints**
- Once we receive the returned item(images or physical) and confirm the defect is due to our printing processes, we will process your reprint within **1 business day**. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
3. **Shipping Costs**
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. **No Exchanges**
- Given the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different custom item, a new order must be placed.
5. **Garment Credit Policy**
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we recommend trying a sample on a test garment to verify that heat and pressure settings are adequate for the garments being applied to. No credit reimbursement for garments will be provided.
